Office Manager

Linda Segers is the office manager for Phillips Dunn Animal Hospital. Linda has worked with Dr. Dunn since May of 2003 at various clinics. Although Linda was born at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, she lived in Alaska and Tennessee as a child. Her family returned to Montgomery when she was 10 years old so Montgomery is her hometown. Linda graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1969.

Linda is the mother of three children. Her oldest daughter, Tammy, lives in Montgomery  Her son, Adam and his wife, Laura live in Forsyth, Georgia . Her youngest daughter, Shannon, passed away in an automobile accident in July 2000. Linda is the proud "Linny" to her grandson, Harrison James Segers,  born May 30, 2019. Linda loves to karaoke, take beach trips and spending time with her family. She is a huge Elvis Presley fan! Linda loves meeting people so she is certainly in the right place!



Kathy Moore has been with PDAH almost a year. She works in the afternoons and Saturdays as receptionist. Kathy has 2 dogs of her own, Buffy and Joey.


Veterinary Technicians

Connie Oakley Meredith is a native of North Carolina. She has lived in Alabama since 1976 and attended Jefferson Davis High School and Sidney Lanier  High School. Connie graduated from Jefferson State in 2009 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
Connie has 2 daughters, Elizabeth and Taylor, and  Connie has worked for Doctors Rusty and Cary Phillips since 1988 and absolutely loves her job.


Heather Johnson is a military brat that was born in Great Lakes, Illinois on September 29, 1982. She graduated from Milton High School in 2001 and went on to attend Tuskegee University majoring in Animal Science. Heather started working in veterinary clinics when she was 12 years old (she started as a volunteer) and that is when she decided that this is what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. She has lived in many places but has been in Alabama since 2001 where she met her husband, got married and had two children, Cameron and Joshua. Heather has been working with Phillips Dunn Animal Hospital since June 2014, and absolutely loves what she does!




Amy Marie Wohlford  was born at Baptist South in Montgomery, Alabama. She attended Saint James Elementary, Middle School, and High School. Amy has been working with animals for about eight years. She started out working with Dr. Rusty and Cary Phillips at Phillips Animal Clinic as a Vet Assistant/Groomer for three years. She left Phillips and started working for PetSmart Inc. and attended Grooming Academy in Pensacola,Florida. Amy groomed dogs at PetSmart for about three years and decided to open  her own business, Prissy Paws, which was located on Eastern Boulevard. Prissy Paws stayed at the Eastern Boulevard location for two years until Amy moved her business into Phillips Dunn Animal Hospital and Cypress Kennels. 

Liz Ryan joins our staff with 11 years of grooming experience. She resides in Prattville with her two children. Liz really enjoys her work and being able to work with pets every day. She is looking forward to meeting the clients and their fur babies of Phillips Dunn Animal Hospital.



Cypress Kennels

Brandon Cogan joined PDAH in February of 2018.  If  you are boarding your pets or dropping them off for daycare,  Brandon will make sure they have plenty of TLC.

Kade Sanders, joined PDAH in October of 2016.

Kade has several years experience with the  Autauga County Humane Shelter. Kade has a love for all animals.
